Get in a pickle with a Mr Porky ploughmans this Autumn…

Autumn’s arrived and we thought we’d mark this by celebrating what must be one of pieminister’s most ‘harvesty’ pies – the Mr Porky. Made with outdoor reared British pork, apples, and Somerset cider this is the West Country in a pie.

So ditch the mash and gravy and try a warm Mr Porky with a platter of crunchy pickles and a hunk of west country cheddar. And don’t forget it’s Apple Day (http://www.england-in-particular.info/cg/appleday/a-events.html) on October 21st. Another great excuse for a Mr Porky washed down with a cider.
