A lighter pie to try  Like our classics, they’re deep filled with delicious, sustainable ingredients, but we’ve switched the shortcrust for a lighter filo pastry. The flavour profiles are totally different too, taking inspo from the furthest culinary corners of the Med.  From Morocco and Tunisia to Greece, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and distinctive herb and spice blends, you can practically taste the sunshine. There’s the veggie Light as a Feta pie, filled with spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon & garlic, the Souk Chook, a free-range British chicken, harissa, red pepper & chickpea filo pie.  Or for something plant-based, try Maroc Star with its Moroccan-spiced carrot, spinach & chickpea filling. NEW Filo Pies

Lighten up lunchtime, with our Mediterranean-inspired filo pies!  This summer, we're launching a trio of light filo pastry pies bursting with flavours inspired by the Mediterranean. Take the plunge this January with our hot new gravy fondue. Gravy is becoming the main event in our restaurants from Thursday 5 January with the launch of our fondue feast. Designed for sharing, come get your dunk on with a hot, steamy pot of rich, flavoursome gravy surrounded by a choice of delicious dippers. From free range British honey and mustard pigs, parsnip and kale fritters and onions rings to potato fries, Tenderstem broccoli spears and more, you've got plenty of choice. We experimented with all sorts of potentially dippable delicacies and found that some things that seem so wrong, turn out to be so right – take the halloumi chips for example.
