We’re servin’ up something new…

Filo So GoodA lighter pie to try

Like our classics, they’re deep filled with delicious, sustainable ingredients, but we’ve switched the shortcrust for a lighter filo pastry. The flavour profiles are totally different too, taking inspo from the furthest culinary corners of the Med.  From Morocco and Tunisia to Greece, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and distinctive herb and spice blends, you can practically taste the sunshine.

There’s the veggie Light as a Feta pie, filled with spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon & garlic, the Souk Chook, a free-range British chicken, harissa, red pepper & chickpea filo pie.  Or for something plant-based, try Maroc Star with its Moroccan-spiced carrot, spinach & chickpea filling.

Hot or cold, they’re great for eating in, taking out or taking home for later. And they taste great on their own or with a side of peas.

But if you’re lucky enough to be near one of our larger restaurants, have something on the side such as fries or slaw, or the new Filo So Good meal deal! A wholesome feast that will fill you up for £13.50, it’s a filo pie, served with crispy potatoes, Tenderstem broccoli, garden peas and pea shoots and tzatziki (for the vegan option, switch out the tzatziki for smoked vegan mayo).

From small plates and pie feasts to boss pies, super sides and sticks, there’s so much to get stuck into at Pieminister this summer.  And with Sunday Bests and Bottomless Brunches at the weekend, Express Lunches every weekday and 2-4-1 cocktails all day every day, the tasty bargains just keep on coming.

As an independent family business, (and a Certified B Corp too!) we think we’re probably the best eating-out option on the high street, especially so for conscious consumers who love good food that doesn’t cost the earth.  So what are you waiting for?  Book here.
