A lighter pie to try  Like our classics, they’re deep filled with delicious, sustainable ingredients, but we’ve switched the shortcrust for a lighter filo pastry. The flavour profiles are totally different too, taking inspo from the furthest culinary corners of the Med.  From Morocco and Tunisia to Greece, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and distinctive herb and spice blends, you can practically taste the sunshine. There’s the veggie Light as a Feta pie, filled with spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon & garlic, the Souk Chook, a free-range British chicken, harissa, red pepper & chickpea filo pie.  Or for something plant-based, try Maroc Star with its Moroccan-spiced carrot, spinach & chickpea filling. Lighten up lunchtime, with our Mediterranean-inspired filo pies!  This summer, we're launching a trio of light filo pastry pies bursting with flavours inspired by the Mediterranean.
