The flavour profiles are totally different too, taking inspo from the furthest culinary corners of the Med. From Morocco and Tunisia to Greece, with an emphasis on vibrant vegetables and distinctive herb and spice blends, you can practically taste the sunshine. There’s the veggie Light as a Feta pie, filled with spinach, feta cheese, kale, lemon & garlic, the Souk Chook, a free-range British chicken, harissa, red pepper & chickpea filo pie.
