It’s Your Summer of Pie

Cold and wet or hot and sunny, we’ve got pies for all seasons. Take a look at our summer menu and you’ll see what we mean when we say we’re not just here for hot pies.

We’ve got ice cold beers, ciders and cocktails so what about joining us for a refreshing post-work drink?  Our 2 for 1 cocktail offer happens every day so it’s always Happy Hour here.  And while you’re at it, what about some nibbles too?

Or for something softer and deliciously indulgent, there’s our new milkshakes.

As for the pies, we’ve created three new recipes for summer: Feta Attraction (a vegetarian feta cheese, spinach and pine nut pie), Thai Chook (a free range British chicken in Thai green curry pie) and Mexicow (a chilli con carne beef pie with a oozy layer of melted West Country cheddar).

They all come with a Tzatziki dip, but add fresh, crunchy slaw, salad or sweet potato fries and you’ve got yourself the ultimate summer pie feast.  Obviously you could do this with any award winning pie from our range (we’ve got 18 including our gluten free pies) but our three summer pies are part of our Pie for a Pie initiative, so every time you order one you’re supporting the charity UKHarvest.

Pie feasts start at just £6.50 at lunchtimes so it’s a great option is you’re after a quick, cheap eat and a break from the office (or shopping spree!).

And if all this hasn’t got you in the mood for a Summer of Pie, our ice cream pies should do it.  We’ve got Glastonbury Mud (chocolate!), Lemon meringue or Toffee Apple loaded on to buttery biscuit-y bases, piled high with creamy West Country ice cream and topped with all sorts of other lovely stuff.  Proof on a plate that you don’t have to wait till Winter for the ultimate pie experience.
