Roll out the red carpet, Kevin has won PETA’s Best Vegan Pie award
Our first vegan pie has only been around since the beginning of this year, but it’s already made quite an impression. In fact, PETA have named Kevin the Best Vegan Pie of this year. High fives all round.
THE BEST VEGAN PIE
If you haven’t tried Kevin yet (you’ll know when you have), it’s a mouth-watering mix of mushrooms, tomato and red wine with baby onions, red quinoa and thyme, all wrapped in crispy pastry…plant-based perfection. It’s rumoured our Kevin pie can even turn die-hard carnivores into flexitarians.
Making our first vegan pie wasn’t easy. Our Pieministers spent nearly a year mixing, rolling, baking and tasting (tough job, right?). And all the hard work clearly paid off, Kevin has all the taste, texture and depth of flavour you’d expect in any traditional British pie which is why we’ve created another vegan recipe. It’ll be available from early November so make sure you’re set for the big reveal and join our VIPie club now (there’ll be some January news coming soon too…)

To keep Kevin company, we’ve created a vegan version of our popular Sunday Best plus lots of other yummy vegan sides including our spiced cauliflower loaded fries, Cauli Gosh! Fries loaded with crispy cauliflower, curry sauce, pickles and sriracha.
